EAGO Warranty Policy

At Liora Bathrooms, we stand behind the quality of every EAGO product we carry. EAGO products are warranted to the original purchaser to be free from defects in material and workmanship, under normal use and installation conditions.

Toilets & Bidets

  • 5-Year Limited Warranty on all porcelain components against fading or staining of the glaze

  • 1-Year Limited Warranty on flushing mechanisms and soft-close toilet seats

  • Excludes damage from freight, improper installation, misuse, or alterations

Whirlpool Tubs

  • 1-Year Limited Warranty on all parts

  • Excludes cosmetic or user-caused damage, including abrasives or improper cleaners

Porcelain Bathroom Sinks

  • 5-Year Limited Warranty on porcelain surfaces against fading or staining

  • Cracks or chips due to misuse, freight damage, or incorrect installation will void warranty

🛠️ Important Warranty Notes:

  • Warranty period begins from the date of purchase, as shown on your original invoice

  • An invoice must be provided to process any claim

  • If a replacement is granted, the original warranty period still applies

  • Most replacement parts are stocked in Los Angeles for quick service

  • Damage due to normal wear and tear, water conditions, chemicals, or improper cleaning is not covered

🚫 What Voids the Warranty:

  • Improper installation by unqualified personnel

  • Damage from impact, neglect, or cleaning with abrasive products

  • Alterations or use of non-approved accessories

  • Labor, removal, installation costs, or consequential damages
